Our custom, die-cut full-grain leather patches are sewn directly onto genuine Richardson 112 trucker hats (or similar styles). Choose from a wide range of standard patch shapes to create the perfect design. Please contact us to confirm availability for your desired colorway, and email us your logo to receive a FREE digital mock-up of your custom patch. We can apply patches to almost any style of hat. If you are interested in a different hat style, please reach out to us for a custom quote. We are a leather manufacturer, and all of our patches are produced and applied to the hats in our North Carolina facility. The Richardson hats themselves are made overseas.
